so i guess i'm supposed to do the "omg i've finished one year of college" shtick, but, unsurprisingly, I don't want to. As Murakami teaches us, if you wanted to write an entire A-Z encyclopaedia on a toothpick, it doesn't matter how long the toothpick is, it only matters how small the typeface is, so I feel that by saying "omg one year of college", i'm playing by the toothpick and not by the typeface, i.e. worrying about the hardware and not the software. if that makes sense. So basically I'll attempt to swim somewhere instead of let the current wash me wherever it wants. no point in giving up.
